As Density's Content Marketing Manager, you'll help create our content strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to produce, edit, and publish all forms of content. The ideal candidate is an experienced writer and editor who is passionate about creating purposeful, authentic, and evergreen content for a variety of audiences. We're looking for someone curious, self-motivated, and creative to produce inspiring content and continuously test new ways to maximize its impact. What you'll do:

    • Work with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to plan out and execute Density's editorial calendar.
    • Mine through data to uncover the story worth sharing with our audiences.
    • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels and across the funnel, including on the marketing site, in ad channels, and organically on social media.
    • Maintain Density's content inventory, helping to ensure content pieces are easily accessible, optimized, updated (or removed), and useful to all departments.
    • Collaborate with brand, growth, PR, and other departments to ensure content is complemented with necessary conversion assets.
    • Promote content via organic channels to distribute and increase content performance (including partnering with PR, lifecycle, and partnerships) and work with Growth to identify paid opportunities for certain content.
    • Manage additional creative freelancers and content producers as needed.

What we're looking for:

    • 3+ years of content marketing experience at B2B technology.
    • Experience with CMS tools (WordPress and Webflow).
    • Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, editing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience managing freelance writers and creatives.
    • Passionate storyteller always looking for new and unique ways to connect with audiences.
    • Deep knowledge in narrative development and positioning.
    • Well-versed in the latest SEO and content strategy best practices, while understanding good content is written for people, not search engines.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
    • Portfolio of your work. Please also include examples of hands-on work you've done creating or editing content for blogs, newsletters, videos, thought leadership, and marketing communication.
