The Team

Torch is looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will lead the strategy, development, and production of compelling content that establishes thought leadership and differentiates our offerings in the market. You will be partnering with Marketing, Product, Behavior Science, and other teams to move this mission forward

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate the value of our products and solutions to the market. You will be responsible for writing across several mediums, including the Torch website, ads, emails, landing pages, blog posts, decks, one-pagers, and social media.  You will also meet prospects and customers wherever they are in their customer journey. 

This role will be reporting directly to our San Francisco-based Chief Marketing Officer. 

Your Position:

    • Create B2B marketing content that shape the buyer journey, build brand preference, and generate demand.
    • Fuel lead generation, conversion, and revenue by providing compelling, high-engagement content.
    • Produce well-researched content for multiple channels - website, blog, email nurtures, ads, sales collateral, videos, and more.
    • Use and inform Torch’s messaging framework to ensure consistency across all Torch assets.
    • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content and ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Collect, analyze, and report on content marketing KPIs to inform and optimize ongoing content marketing efforts.
    • Build and maintain a master editorial calendar.
    • Refresh content as needed to ensure it is accurate and aligned with our marketing strategy.

Your Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in content writing for B2B software.
    • Proven track record of clear, compelling writing demonstrated through a professional portfolio of examples (please submit a piece of writing with your application).
    • Excellent grammar and style; clear communicator.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in addition to excellent time management skills.
    • Experience leveraging outside resources for to support content operations (design, research, copywriting, etc.).
