At Superhuman, you will have a massive impact on our Marketing Team by adding firepower to our rapidly scaling content engine, and shaping the direction of our growing team.

We founded Rapportive (acquired by LinkedIn), LiveRamp (acquired for $310M), and built pry (used by 25% of Ruby developers). As Superhuman's first Content Strategist (and second ever content hire), you will take our content to the next level! You'll analyze performance metrics, and use your learnings to shape our editorial calendar. You will build the strategy to distribute our content far and wide. And you'll combine impeccable writing skills with SEO best practices, as you create content for a growing number of channels β€” from landing pages to email marketing campaigns.

  • Use data to refine Superhuman's content strategy. You will help define our metrics for success, analyze our content's performance, and deliver crisp, actionable insights to the rest of the Marketing team. You'll work directly with our Content Lead to maximize our content's search visibility and audience appeal.
  • Build and execute our content distribution strategy. You will maximize distribution of Superhuman's content through owned and non-owned channels, helping us reach our B2C and B2B customer personas.
  • Provide ongoing copywriting support to bring Superhuman's brand and value props to life. You will write crackling CTAs, enticing landing page copy, and blog posts that are perfectly tailored to our B2C and B2B audiences.Β 
  • Generate ideas that are pitch-perfect for Superhuman's growing audiences. Working closely with our Product Marketing team, you'll devise content ideas that resonate with our target personas: from thought leadership in productivity, to emerging trends in our target industries.
  • Compile actionable content recommendations for the Marketing team. Armed with data, industry research, and impeccable product understanding, you'll prioritize the most impactful ideas and help shape Superhuman's content calendar β€” not just in written content but in other formats, like video.


  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content, including experience building B2B content strategy, brand strategy, product marketing, and communications.
  • Writing and editing: You have sparkling copywriting skills, and a knack for tailoring your copy β€” and other writers' work β€” to a tight brief. You're confident flexing your writing skills β€” but you're game to learn even more, and you thrive on collaboration and feedback. You also have a knack for delivering thoughtful, actionable feedback to other writers.Β 
  • Communication: Not only do you write creatively, you also excel at cross-functional comms. You can distill mountains of data into pithy, actionable learnings. You can prioritize slush piles of ideas into sharply focused recommendations β€” always guided by the data and keeping the customer top of mind.Β 
  • Quantitative skills: You do more than crunch numbers. You use your curiosity and analytical skills to understand the why behind content's performance.
  • Delight: You have empathy for customers and their journey, and a desire to deliver exactly what they need.
