We're hiring an Experimentation & Optimization Specialist to collaborate with our media buying and development teams to deliver the best possible experience for consumers navigating our advertising funnels. You will need to see the big picture and the small details at the same time. You will understand the broad needs of the business, scan the competitive environment, spot trends and technical developments, and update the research and product roadmap as needed. Data will drive every test and experiment design, and your goal will be continuous improvement of consumer funnels. You'll partner with analytics, media buying and development teams to ensure changes are effectively communicated and adopted across teams.
