Are you seeking a career in CRM marketing? We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated CRM associate to deliver our engagement and retention marketing efforts through personalization & automation. The CRM Marketing Associate will support the development and optimization of our high value marketing efforts, executing initiatives across onboarding, offer merchandising, lifecycle and other programs designed to increase long-term loyalty and optimize lifetime value of our Members. If you are a proactive self-starter searching for a great opportunity to gain experience in automating engagement and retention efforts using data, this role is for you!

You'll be...

    • executing scalable strategies and tactics to engage our Members primarily across email, and secondarily across push, in-app, in-web, and SMS channels;
    • managing end-to-end campaign setup process, creating content, attaching tracking parameters and coding templates;
    • learning to understand interests and behaviors across our key customer segments to create personalized programs and outstanding customer lifecycle experiences;
    • identifying and implementing opportunities for automation to increase the efficiency of marketing and enable scale while minimizing costs;
    • collaborating with Analytics, Business Development, Product Management and other departments on CRM initiatives;
    • compiling weekly reports and communicating campaign insights and progress to manager & team members;
    • showing resilience and adaptability when efforts are reprioritized  according to new data or circumstances.

Office Location

We are open to hiring remotely for this role. You could also work out of our Toronto, San Francisco or our Mountain View office—you decide!
