We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven CRM manager to maximize our engagement and retention marketing efforts through personalization & automation. The CRM Marketing Manager will drive the development and optimization of our valuable marketing efforts, leading initiatives across onboarding, offer merchandising, lifecycle and other programs designed to increase long-term loyalty and optimize lifetime value of our Members. If you have a successful track record in automating engagement and retention efforts using data, this role is for you!
We are open to hiring remotely for this role. You could also work out of our Toronto, San Francisco or our Mountain View office—you decide!
