1Password is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join the Campaigns team and own the go-to-market strategy for advocacy and expansion marketing programs. You’ll work to build and expand multi-channel programs to drive customer adoption and retention at scale. The ideal candidate has experience with building engaging, creative, yet data-driven programs and has a highly empathetic, customer-centric mindset.

This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and United States.

What you'll do:

    • Design creative, revenue-generating integrated campaigns that increase engagement, improve product adoption, and uncover new upsell and cross-sell opportunities throughout the post-sales customer lifecycle.
    • Build and develop the strategy for our brand new customer advocacy program. Manage the ongoing challenges, activities, and communications for our advocates to engage with on the advocacy platform. 
    • Build long-lasting, trusting relationships with our customers, learn their stories and work with other stakeholders to get those stories shared across different channels and mediums. 
    • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Sales, Product, Content, Design, Success, and Support to help guide your program strategy and achieve our corporate goals. 
    • Plan, build, execute, and optimize customer marketing programs including webinars, events, nurture emails and more to deliver quality leads to the Success team.
    • Work alongside our analysts to create reports and dashboards to ensure customer marketing programs perform against goals and are continually optimized.
    • Fully understand the 1Password product and how our customers use 1Password to help inform program strategies.  

Who you are:

    • 3+ years experience in a customer marketing or customer advocacy role, ideally in the enterprise SaaS space.
    • Customer-centric with a “What’s best for the customer?” approach.
    • Proven ability to drive both strategy and execution of programs.
    • Self-motivated, diligent, organized, and a proactive problem solver.
    • Experience supporting large sales and customer success teams.
    • You love being creative, thinking outside the box, and are passionate about creating a personalized experience for our customers.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver them to market on time.
    • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
    • Flexible, can-do outlook with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or related field.
