The Blueshift team is growing fast and we’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive customer advocacy, engagement, and bring our customer stories to life. You’ll fuel marketing and sales with inspiring, relevant customer success stories that help drive interest in Blueshift, prove our value, and win more deals. You’ll partner with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns leveraging customer stories. And you’ll partner with the marketing and customer success teams to drive engagement among our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Amplify the customer voice through strategic storytelling. Source and create customer stories including case studies, testimonials, blog posts, videos, external slides, etc. and tailor them for distribution across channels.
  • Manage and grow the customer reference library to make it easy to identify the right references and success stories.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our customer use cases and their business impact, and serve as a resource for peers across the organization.
  • Maximize brand presence and reputation on customer reviews and rating platforms. Own the customer review program and continually drive new reviews.
  • Help manage and drive engagement in Blueshit’s Customer Advisory Board and Community.



  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, customer success, or communication roles in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Natural storyteller with excellent communication skills, both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
  • Skilled at writing across a broad spectrum, including case studies, blog posts, presentations, and sales talking points.
  • Customer-centric and have customer facing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Can successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize high impact activities, and complete projects with tight deadlines.
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for innovative technology.
