About The Role:
As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will have a key role in the retention and growth of our Huntress partners. This role will be responsible for building stronger relationships with customers through engaging marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your mission will be to build a community of fanatic brand advocates. This position works directly with the partner success and marketing teams by increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention to drive revenue.
While in this role you will need to be able to work independently but will also understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration to create a seamless customer experience that enables Huntress to achieve our business goals.
What We Offer:
Compensation USD Range compliant with CO regulation: $100K to $125K USD base salary annually plus equity, dependent on experience
