About The Role:

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will have a key role in the retention and growth of our Huntress partners. This role will be responsible for building stronger relationships with customers through engaging marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your mission will be to build a community of fanatic brand advocates. This position works directly with the partner success and marketing teams by increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention to drive revenue.

While in this role you will need to be able to work independently but will also understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration to create a seamless customer experience that enables Huntress to achieve our business goals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create strategic plans and execute programs that support adoption, retention, and advocacy goals
  • Work with marketing and customer success leadership to build and execute a partner lifecycle marketing program
  • Lead and manage partner enablement, engagement, and communication programs, such as customer events, onboarding, and enablement programs
  • Ensure that existing partners clearly understand the value of our products and the pace of our innovation
  • Manage advocacy and reference programs, ensuring smooth processes for customer requests
  • Deliver results of partner campaign program and other KPIs as defined by marketing and customer success
  • Contribute to the development of a Huntress customer community and ongoing programs to support our customers throughout their lifecycle (i.e., customer forums, user groups, advocacy, advisory boards, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge in cybersecurity is required
  • 5 years of experience in B2B software or cybersecurity marketing
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective end-to-end customer marketing strategies
  • Previous experience with a Series A or B stage company and/or working on a small team
  • Experience in content creation for all stages of the sales & marketing funnel
  • Top-notch writing skills, delivering clear, concise marketing copy
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities
  • Strong track record of collaboration with product and sales organizations
  • Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude

Compensation USD Range compliant with CO regulation: $100K to $125K USD base salary annually plus equity, dependent on experience
