SafeGraph is hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to manage, coordinate, and support key customer adoption, success, and upsell initiatives. SafeGraph's geospatial datasets power innovation across many verticals-- use cases range from site selection of retail locations to natural disaster recovery plans. In this role, you'll own the communications and nurtures of customer accounts and contacts, and drive demand generation campaigns to increase upsells and cross-sells.
Identify high-potential upsell opportunities within various customer segments and spearhead campaigns to create and win upsell opps
Work with Strategic Account Managers to create 1:1 account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns with top strategic accounts
Drive and support initiatives like customer dinners, roundtables, and interaction with the SafeGraph community
Position our customers as the champions and drive customer-centric content such as case studies, videos, testimonials, and presentations.
Account based marketing experience/account management
Our goal is to be the dominant place to get any data on a physical Place. We sell our product - our datasets - to data scientists and machine learning engineers at companies of all sizes.
