The Confluent Growth and Marketing team is the growth engine building awareness and generating demand for the leading event streaming platform based on Apache Kafka®. We are category breakers, market definers, and powerful technical persuaders, helping every enterprise realize the power of events. About The Role
As a rapidly growing company with offices worldwide, we are looking for a Customer and Executive Programs manager to build and launch new programs aimed at accelerating relationship development, engagement, loyalty, retention and referrals. As a member of the Customer Marketing team, you will partner across the company to design, concept-build, and lead the execution of net new programs as well as align to embed yourself and influence existing programs and activities, including but not limited to: customer and installed base direct communications, the Confluent Customer Advisory Board and the Voice of the Customer feedback program. You will work cross-functionally and with Confluent leadership and support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
