Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a digital marketing manager to join our team. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with experience across all digital avenues that can help us accelerate demand and streamline the buying experience. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical and can conceptualize and execute digital acquisition and retention strategies from start to finish. A curious self-starter with interest and experience in web design, CMS management, SEO, paid media and digital marketing analytics would thrive in this new role.  

Responsibilities

  • Work with the digital agency on campaign ideation, creative strategy, targeting, segmentation, budgeting across SEM, display and social advertising channels
  • Analyze and report on digital advertising and website metrics to increase lift and conversions.
  • Assist with managing google analytics, both tactically and strategically to understand our online digital experience across the website and digital advertising channels
  • Manage website CMS activities including page creation/layout, website maintenance, on-page SEO, and recommending user experience updates. 
  • Support SEO strategy, work cross functionally with content owners to define content, onsite and keyword optimization strategies to accelerate awareness of Runbook Automation 

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B inbound marketing experience
  • Experience using CMS platforms and marketing automation solutions 
  • Experience  building, launching, and reporting on campaigns
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, inbound/content marketing, website management, and digital advertising principles.
