Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be involved in all key Digital Marketing initiatives and will work with and support all members of the Digital Marketing team. This role will be crucial to planning and executing existing marketing channels, as well as implementing new programs. 

What we're looking for:

    • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
    • Experience in SEO Experience in Display, ideally planning and executing direct media buys
    • Experience in paid social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Reddit
    • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker or similar tools
    • Paid search experience, specifically within Google and Bing Ads
    • Experience managing Content Syndication a plus
    • Experience using Monday a plus

What you can expect:

    • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support various parts of the Digital Marketing team, including Paid Search, Affiliate and Paid Social. 
    • Work with Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute direct media buys, especially with B2B publishers.
    • Ensure all campaigns are properly passing UTMs and assist the team in reporting and performance analysis.
    • Conduct audits of various DM campaigns and tactics to make sure all settings are correctly set, targeting is accurate and budget is being efficiently spent.
    • Work with the Marketing team’s project manager for delivery of all content and creative assets for the team.
    • Manage the creative asset creation process
    • Plan, implement and optimize Display campaigns, including direct media buys
    • Conceive, test and report on new ad copy variations across channels
    • Assist in implementing the company's Digital Marketing strategy, aligned to OKRs.
    • Assist on day-to-day tasks, including, but not limited to, ad trafficking, campaign analysis, vendor management and campaign management.
    • Support management and testing of Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Display and Content Syndication.
    • Use and understand website and social analytics to measure results, develop and make recommendations.
    • Assess the performance of all digital campaigns, using analytical tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Ensure all campaigns have proper UTM tracking for performance analysis.
