Reporting directly to the VP of Growth Operations, the Director of Growth Operations will play an integral role in formulating and defining business strategies that will promote Sales and Client Success operational efficiencies. Additionally, the Director will manage the execution of programs and procedures that will drive higher sales conversion and client retention as we rapidly scale the business. To accomplish this, you’ll work collaboratively across the organization and closely with the Client Success and Sales leadership team to ensure the strategy is translated into action across the end-to-end client experience.


    • Architect and execute growth operations strategy, including but not limited to: sales team organization, territory planning and design, hiring strategy and organizational design, and ongoing training and education. 
    • Lead strategy, execution and planning of Client Advisory Boards and provide supplementary support for additional Client initiatives.
    • Partner with the Director of Growth Analytics to implement data-driven strategic initiatives around sales enablement and processes, leveraging business analytics to inform strategic direction and optimize growth. 
    • Establish training strategy and develop our fast-growing Sales and Client Success teams with a focus on consistency and efficiency, driving onboarding initiatives and programs for ongoing training. 
    • Partner with executives and leadership across teams to develop our next generation of leaders and actively manage a strong succession strategy.
    • Develop and implement competitive intelligence function.
    • Provide ongoing analysis and operational rigor as Truveris implements scalable processes to drive upsell, cross-sell and account expansions within existing client relationships.
    • Establish client advisory boards by market segment.
    • Deliver targeted programs in coordination with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations leadership teams, working cross-functionally for product roll-outs, etc. 
    • Develop and implement co-selling strategies, working closely with executives and peers within Truveris, driving increased growth across multiple market sectors. 
    • Build and scale across functions in tandem with the company's GTM expansion, developing the 5 year plan for organizational design to support company growth goals. 


    • Minimum of 7+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of developing growth strategies for scaling teams.
    • Strong pharmacy benefit knowledge required
    • Background in revenue operations, sales operations, and sales enablement. 
    • Possess a thorough understanding of enterprise technology, go to market strategies 
    • Successful track record operating in a company with similar scale of revenue growth. 
    • Domain expertise: experience working with complex, deeply technical software products sold into technical buyers and users. 
    • Experience working with a varied and complex product line with multiple offerings. 
    • Experience leading both sales operations and sales enablement function.
    • Proven ability to deliver products and services internationally, as well as experience managing and building globally distributed teams. 


    • Strong communication skills: ability to articulate and sell a vision. 
    • Strong execution skills and the ability to drive action and accountability. 
    • Mindset and attitude of relentless, continuous improvement. 
    • Extremely well organized, analytical, detailed-oriented, quality-minded and help champion the entire growth organization. 
    • Be metrics driven: measure and report the performance of our growth teams in relationship to enablement programs' impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility. 
    • High energy and action-oriented. A history of getting things done in complex environments. Someone who can influence others and implement change and standardize processes. Have the energy level and results-orientation required to succeed in a high growth company.
