As our Director of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing and driving both enterprise and international account growth. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll have the opportunity to design, optimize and drive our analytics, database and technology strategy. You’ll build out a scalable foundation, while transforming marketing operations and sales alignment.

This role will lead the analysis of integrated campaigns, digital and off-line programs, along with choosing and implementing additional marketing technology solutions as appropriate. You will need to be obsessed with performance and thoroughly understand success metrics and the lead-to-sales-to-close journey.

You’re obsessed with optimizing marketing technology platforms to personalize the digital customer experience across our channels to drive engagement. You’re passionate about target segments and how their behaviors and interests drive engagement across all phases of the customer lifecycle from awareness, to engagement, through to retention. In this role you will:

    • Drive the execution of our marketing campaigns flawlessly to support campaign build and testing.
    • Enforce and enhance rigorous QA processes and A/B testing strategies, and advise on best practices for web and mobile web. 
    • Provide value-added insights to drive marketing excellence and optimize platform capabilities to drive results.
    • Support our product marketing colleagues with online best practices to drive engagement.
    • Rigorously track and monitor past and current campaign performance and persona behaviors to recommend strategies and campaigns that will drive conversion and engagement, all while optimizing the customer experience and ease of engagement.
    • Drive the innovation of our tech stack and web capabilities to meet our evolving needs. Identify areas of improvement, define requirements, prioritize requests, and ensure solutions are sound.
    • Manages globally defined campaign services such as nurture program build, campaign deployment, and data segmentation while working closely with customer and product marketing resources.
    • Continuously stay on top of the marketing technology industry and capabilities to optimize and extend our marketing effectiveness in our various channels.
    • Build strong relationship skills with key business partners and work with demand gen partners to bring their campaigns to life; Bridge the data and process gap between sales and marketing
    • Manage a Marketing Operations Associate and continue to grow and mentor a world-class team
    • Support with Marketing planning and board meetings preparation
    • Manage the marketing function all-in budget

The ideal candidate will have:

    • 10+ years of experience in Operation, supporting global campaign deployment and optimization using latest marketing techniques and technology
    • Salesforce and Marketo (or equivalent) proven working expertise/certification required
    • Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign planning, execution, A/B testing, propensity to buy, and conversion metrics
    • Highly collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented and a creative thinker
    • Resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable with new technologies and concepts
    • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail--a strong process orientation
    • Excellent understanding of forecasting and predictive metrics
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of examples to prove it.
