As our Director of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing and driving both enterprise and international account growth. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll have the opportunity to design, optimize and drive our analytics, database and technology strategy. You’ll build out a scalable foundation, while transforming marketing operations and sales alignment.
This role will lead the analysis of integrated campaigns, digital and off-line programs, along with choosing and implementing additional marketing technology solutions as appropriate. You will need to be obsessed with performance and thoroughly understand success metrics and the lead-to-sales-to-close journey.
You are described as a strong leader who also leverages data whenever possible. You’re excited about digital marketing technology capabilities and partnering with marketing teams to bring the programs to life and analyze the results. You’re obsessed with optimizing marketing technology platforms to personalize the digital customer experience across our channels to drive engagement. You can roll up your sleeves and navigate various tools to try new things, but you’re a visionary and can help move innovation and digital capabilities to a new level. You’re passionate about target segments and how their behaviors and interests drive engagement across all phases of the customer lifecycle from awareness, to engagement, through to retention. And, most importantly, you thrive in a culture that leads with humbleness, kindness, and respect, and which, nevertheless, thrives on hyper-growth and winning.
