We are looking for an experienced and results-driven performance marketer who can lead a team while also rolling up their sleeves and getting into the weeds. This is a crucial role reporting into the VP of Marketing to drive progress and measurable results by driving and executing a targeted and integrated performance media strategy that combines efficient user acquisition and paid brand media across DRTV, Social, Content, Programmatic, Display, SEM, etc. 

This is a Director or Senior Director role and the exact title could vary based on experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong Customer focus and command of how to navigate and execute an end-to-end integrated paid marketing strategy.

You'll...

    • partner with the Head of Marketing to set, manage and deliver the marketing plans to support breakaway growth. Identify and tackle ad-hoc strategic projects from defining new opportunities to executing key initiatives;
    • drive the execution and analysis of multi-touch paid marketing campaigns to drive customer enrollment growth including but not limited to DRTV, OTT, Display, Paid Social, Paid Search, Mobile/App, and Programmatic digital media;
    • analyze digital channel performance metrics for future marketing decisions and optimize lead acquisition and activation strategy;
    • implement, test and optimize performance tactics, including audience, creatives, bidding strategy, across multiple acquisition campaigns to maximize efficiency;
    • contribute to the strategic development and implementation of A/B testing, personalization, and analysis and constantly use data to optimize conversion;
    • ensure brand aligned marketing messages, visual creative, marketing claims, etc. are consistent throughout marketing channels by working closely with the creative optimization team;
    • build a comprehensive paid marketing plan based on activating the right levers including audience segmentation, in collaboration with branding efforts to ultimately scale and support the integrated marketing team;
    • leverage consumer insights, research, and syndicated data to evaluate and develop opportunities to grow the digital business and able to develop business cases to help prioritize;
    • manage external agency media relationships and to augment team capacity to execute campaigns with strong ROI;
    • maintain view of latest practices and tools across the industry to identify and drive best practice recommendations. Be a subject matter expert in digital marketing techniques and targeting.

    • you have proven experience and strong results in a combination of digital media channels for a consumer audience;

    • you have strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and adapt to custom internal tools;
    • you have experience with working within and influencing matrixed organizations to deliver results;
    • you ideally have experience with DRTV being part of the integrated marketing mix.

Office Location

We're open to hiring for this role remotely and in both our Mountain View and San Francisco offices.
