Signifyd is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Alliances team and report to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing. You will be a key player in our organic account activation efforts, across content marketing, email nurture, account based marketing (ABM), etc. Your projects will have CMO-level visibility and support and will be central to how we engage the most sophisticated retailers and ecommerce sites in the world. 

Your role combines buyer journey knowledge, engagement strategy and campaign execution to activate a wide range of target segments. Our market (D2C ecommerce) is both broad and deep - we serve a few thousand customers, from startups (via partners like Shopify and BigCommerce) to high growth brands (Stance, Mack Weldon, Rad Power Bikes) to household names (Samsung, Lacoste,, Rite-Aid, etc.). You will have the unique market tailwind and career opportunity of scaling a multi-segment GTM engine. This is the ultimate finishing school for B2B demand generation and scaling inbound funnel.

The ideal candidate will possess both hands on campaign execution and tools knowledge around email marketing and ABM and the analytical skills to optimize campaigns based on A/B testing and ongoing results. They should also have a demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and independently ideate on campaign improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Director in creating campaign calendar and execute ongoing campaign cadences
  • Identify audience cohorts to optimize customer journeys and deliver the right message at the right time
  • Establish rigorous A/B testing processes to test creative design, content, email cadence and timing to constantly improve performance.
  • Deliver email marketing components of strategic account activation campaigns, collaborating across Demand Generation, Event Marketing, Design, Business Development and other teams, that drive growth, retention and winbacks
  • Report on KPI metrics and make recommendations on how to continuously improve the programs
  • Support Senior Director in working with key agency relationships - Salesforce / Marketo, etc.
  • Support email tracks within ABM motion and campaign execution within key tools - Marketo, Dift, 6Sense, PathFactory, ReachDesk, etc.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. 
  • The right person will possess 3-5 years of experience, across B2B email marketing.
  • Experience in Marketing focus areas such as UTMs, lead scoring, and funnel optimization
  • Experience working in HTML is a plus
  • A knack for writing or collaborating on great copy. Subject lines are your jam.
  • Previous experience with marketing automation software (must have) - Marketo certification preferred 
  • Proven track record of owning campaign outcomes and optimizing for engagement and conversion metrics.  Comfortable owning a pipeline target for your campaign channels. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Must possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Experience in the ecommerce ecosystem or marketing retail technology is a plus
