Sprinklr is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join a growing digital marketing team at a top tier global software company. This role is focused on driving prospect and customer engagement through the email marketing channel to keep Sprinklr top of mind with our marketing database and drive new pipeline.   Working cross functionally with our web operations, integrated marketing, product marketing team, this person will own email infrastructure, ad-hoc email calendar, testing and optimization, email automation, nurtures and more for the company. This person will have strong interpersonal skills, thrive working in a fast paced environment, and can balance critical thinking, creative ideation, and exceptional follow-through.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive pipeline from the email marketing channel
  • Select, implement and maintain email marketing tools such as Litmus, OpenSense, Mailgun, etc
  • Define and evolve email marketing segmentation 
  • Own email calendar and execution using Sprinklr’s own Modern Marketing planning platform
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to create,test and optimize email copy and messaging
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to evolve our marketing automation platform (MAP) and data
  • Improve product adoption for both free and paid customers by working closely with customer marketing teams and product managers 
  • Create segmented email marketing nurtures and drip campaigns to keep prospects coming back to Sprinklr

 

Minimum Requirements

  • +2 years experience in email marketing
  • Certifications and/or deep experience with MAP platforms like Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or HubSpot
  • Experience in B2B demand generation, preferable in the SaaS vertical
  • Knowledge of email subscriber list best practices including GDPR and CAN-SPAM laws
  • Experience coding emails and email templates
  • Experience in an international marketing organization with multilingual marketing assets, teams dispersed around the world, and familiarity with international privacy laws (GDPR)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing preferred; MBA a plus
