About the role:

As the Field Marketing Lead, you’re Mux’s expert in field events and strategy that’s excited to
kickstart, codify, and scale a field marketing motion from the ground up. We need your help
to get our message out on a global scale through marketing events and programs, filtered
through your healthy dose of flexibility and creativity. In light of the global pandemic that shifted
how the working world does and receives events, you’ve also got at least one year’s experience
in creating successful virtual programming that works as a complement to events in the physical
world
 
You will work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment side by side with a
quickly growing marketing team, and have the opportunity to grow a team of your own after
showing clear business results in getting a field marketing strategy off the ground. Success in
this role requires building marketing content and field marketing programs that speak to our
various customers around the world. Your creativity, passion, and enthusiasm for global field
marketing will come to life in this role.
 
What you’ll do
● Execute marketing programs to drive customer and pipeline growth for North America,
EMEA and APAC
● Support our global marketing effort in defining field strategy and programs including: events, roadshows, webinars, partner activities, digital campaigns, trade shows, and invite-only occasions.
● Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new field programs to enhance lead generation
● Oversee our international brand including tailoring core content and messaging to new regions and audiences
● Leverage regional and global audience data to inform program decisions
● Develop, socialize and get buy-in from sales leaders, account executives, and your marketing counterparts to strategize, drive, and implement the optimal mix of field events with other programs
● Manage budgets against measurable campaigns, program objectives and KPIs
 
You’re a great fit if you...
● You have 5-7 years of relevant field marketing experience with >2 years of management experience
● You have experience planning and executing complex marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels including demand generation, digital ads, social media, content, and email marketing
● You’ve held previous positions within the B2B SaaS or tech industry
● You are passionate about field marketing and knowledgeable about the industry, trends, and marketplace
● You are extremely organized, efficient, detail-oriented and have the ability to produce creative solutions within tight deadlines
● You would love to travel the world to help teams and customers across the country and the globe (~20% travel)
