About the Role

We are looking for a marketing analyst. You will run marketing/user acquisition campaigns and buy media for our hit title Highrise. In this role you will build out marketing reports and analyze data, learn and establish marketing best practices, select and test various ad networks, and collaborate with artists to generate high performing creatives.

This is an analytical role, and will require a passion for data analysis and reporting; you will be expected to be proficient in Excel and learn or know some basic SQL. You'll be working closely with our everyone on our marketing and product teams.

This role is fully remote, but applicants based in North American timezones would be preferred.

This role will give you the opportunity to...

    • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across a variety of channels (like Facebook, Google, Snap and ad networks)
    • Analyze media performance and develop strategic insights to act on
    • Collaborate with marketing creative artists to generate high performing creatives
    • Establish processes and best practices for segmentation, targeting and creative
    • Work closely with the other members of the team to establish ROAS and growth KPIs

To be successful in this role, we'd expect you to have...

    • 0-2 years of work experience in financial services, consulting, performance marketing, media buying, lead generationor other quantitative/data-driven fields
    • Have a BA/BS from a top university
    • Experience using Excel and Powerpoint; strong desire to learn these tools
    • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
    • Flawless written and verbal communication skills
    • Bonus points for: passion for games; advanced degree in Engineering, CS, Math or related fields; understanding of A/B testing frameworks; familiarity with SQL
