What we are looking for
Our Growth Marketing Associate will be an entrepreneurially-minded individual that will assist in our supply-side marketing efforts, building it from the ground-up. This individual will be a self-starter with a deep passion and excitement for technology, hospitality trends, sales and marketing. They will be someone who has creative ideas, is comfortable wearing many different hats, loves problem solving, has an iterative mindset, and can drive toward measurable, data-driven results.

What you’ll do…

    • Work closely with leadership to develop opportunities that support the growth of homes across our markets and increase brand awareness amongst homeowners
    • Improve upon existing sales and marketing infrastructure to target supply, provide sales and marketing support with existing systems, and develop training playbooks
    • Assist in creating and implementing an inbound marketing strategy directed at homeowners with the goals of growing website traffic and increasing lead generation
    • Develop omni-channel ad campaigns targeted at homeowners including digital and print marketing
    • Track campaign effectiveness through reporting, put together recommendations, and optimize results
    • Collect and analyze sales and marketing data to develop and adjust correlating marketing plans
    • Handle content creation for blog, ads, email series and more
    • Assist in the development and implementation of lead scoring and lead ranking strategies

What you’ll bring…

    • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or sales operations
    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong research, data analysis, and other quantitative skills using Excel, Google Analytics
    • Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM
    • Must be self-driven, someone who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Creative and analytical mind with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Bonus: Proficiency with data analytics or programming, experience with startups, or experience within the real estate industry
