Yelp is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Growth Marketer and Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join the Yelp for Business marketing team and accelerate the growth of their marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for user behavior, strong aptitude for data analysis, enjoys working with cross-functional teams and is passionate about creating online experiences that convert visitors to customers. You will be responsible for designing, running & analyzing website experiments and extracting actionable insights to improve the overall experience of the Yelp for Business website.

What You’ll Do/Responsibilities:

    • Analyze all aspects of the Yelp for Business conversion funnel, identify the largest areas for improvement, and implement strategies to support Yelp’s revenue goals
    • Work with Yelp’s website, blog, email and SEO/SEM teams to optimize conversion paths across all channels 
    • Run experimentation programs including A/B tests and Multivariate (MV) tests end-to-end: design experiments, develop campaign strategy, drive execution and analysis
    • Partner with our Biz Ops team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale
    • Work cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, analysts and product managers to meet ambitious growth targets

What You’ll Need/Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5+ years experience in digital marketing & conversion rate optimization
    • Ideally both B2B and B2C experience
    • First-hand experience using the Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Optimize
    • Proficiency in analytical tools including Excel and Tableau
    • Experience designing and running website experiments including setting up the content using HTML/CSS to code the experience (Javascript knowledge is desired but not required)
    • Experience using SQL queries to gather, report and analyze experiment data 
    • A hands-on get stuff done attitude with the ability to roll-up sleeves and get in the weeds
    • Ability to articulate strategic plans that are aligned with larger business goals and ability to plan, budget and prioritize projects 
    • Ability to present experiment results with actionable insights and work with cross-functional teams to implement longer term solutions based on winning experiments
