About the role

Fourthwall is seeking a talented, driven Growth Marketing Manager to help us rapidly accelerate our growth by generating and capturing demand for our product.. You will use your skills and expertise to help us introduce new creators to Fourthwall through paid and organic acquisition channels, including PPC, Paid Social, Video, SEO, Partnerships, and Viral Loops. You will partner with design, data, and engineering to encourage more creators to experience Fourthwall’s value by reducing sign-up and activation friction.

You think big and have a demonstrated ability to execute and achieve massive scale from scratch through a combination of strategy, process, tools, and grit. You have a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals and best practices, including demand gen/acquisition, product marketing, lifecycle/engagement, experiments/growth, and brand. You are a creative and analytical thinker with excellent project management, prioritization, and collaboration skills.

This role reports to the Head of Growth and is full-time. This role can be remote, or based out of our Venice, California location where we have a hybrid-office model (expected to be in office 2-3 days/week post COVID).

What you will do

  • Establish and grow a diversified paid acquisition channel portfolio

  • Define a scalable and defensible SEO strategy and jump-start its execution

  • Map out self-serve funnel performance and identify improvement areas

  • Develop an attribution model and test its efficacy over time

  • Launch a growth experiments program and lead a cross-functional growth team in executing of a growth roadmap

  • Aid with the launch of the self-serve product/funnel and own KPI improvement along the entire self-serve lifecycle

  • Build out an organic acquisition program leveraging product viral loops, content, partnerships, etc

Who you are

  • A skilled project manager who can manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and moving pieces and timelines

  • A strong prioritizer, able to seek out the essential, say "no" to the nonessentials, develop a prioritization framework and execute on it

  • A data-driven thinker who can analyze and pull meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data

  • A creative and analytical thinker who can drive hypothesis-driven experiments, including ideation, experient design, project management, analysis and insights

  • A team player who can lead through influence and effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team

What you likely have

  • 3-5 years of total experience with 2-3 years of relevant start-up marketing experience

  • Broad experience in most marketing fundamentals, including demand gen/acquisition, product marketing, lifecycle/engagement, experiments/growth, and brand

  • Both consumer and SMB experience

  • Experience working on scaling B2B self-serve businesses

  • History of managing paid media budgets of at least $5mm annually

  • Track record of managing at least 3 of the following channels: Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, YouTube, Linear TV, OTT TV, OOH/offline, Affiliate, Sponsored Content

  • Experience working directly with designers, engineers, and data analysts/scientists (ideally in the context of growth experiments)
