Over the past year, the world has cultivated a new sense of appreciation for everyday stuff. With global supply chains collapsing and operating budgets shrinking across the board, we have seen the demand for goods and services skyrocket. The obvious solution to being more resourceful and cost-conscious has been to increase the value of everything already around us. At Rheaply, we’re helping organizations do that by developing better inventory management and resource sharing tools. Although rewarding, this problem is not ours alone to solve, which is why we need extraordinary talented people like you to join our team. Founded in 2016, Rheaply, Inc. is a Chicago-based technology company focused on solutions for making organizations more efficient, sustainable, and connected. Rheaply has developed and launched the only exchange technology for researchers to share their ideas and surplus resources with colleagues to reduce time, costs, as well as environmental waste. On Rheaply’s Asset Exchange Manager (AxM), users from all departments can access resources and expertise from colleagues in the same organization or beyond. As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a results-oriented marketing leader with experience driving new customer growth, retention and market share, particularly for the enterprise, biopharma and government sectors. Candidates will possess demonstrated marketing success and a history of developing integrated inbound marketing & marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage prioritized markets.
What you’ll do:
Build sales content production & management workflows to streamline marketing campaigns
Research and identify content topics, trends, and themes that resonate with corporate social responsibility (CSR), supply chain, facilities management, and procurement audiences
Help broaden Rheaply’s position and brand voice in existing industry verticals (enterprise, healthcare, biopharma, government)
Work closely with Content Marketing Manager & Sales team to develop inbound strategies, and fill content gaps
Identify and execute on sales messaging opportunities to drive lead generation and partner expansion opportunities
Create written branded content for a variety of print/digital advertising channels
Recommend and develop visuals and graphics to support and augment messaging
Prioritize and craft an Analytics dashboard in order to aggregate data analysis for revenue based decision making
Craft impactful sales collateral and resources to aid in RFI requests, presentations, and other requests as needed
Work closely with marketing team (VP of Marketing, Director of Brand, Graphic Designer, and Content Marketing Manager)
What you’ll need:
Must be proficient with marketing automation, SMS, email marketing and demand gen tools
Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of email marketing, content or account-based management experience
You will stand apart if you have:
A track record of connecting content to sales growth and revenue, with measurable results
Have previous experience marketing towards corporate sustainability, circular economy, ESG or supply chain thought leaders.
Built high-impact, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns with SMS marketing experience, with experience crafting Autopilot and Mailchimp campaigns
Creative and analytical web-based campaign experience
Experience with custom email development and graphics (CSS, HTML)
