To achieve our mission, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help grow our values-driven, all-remote team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll be responsible for driving experimentation and innovation at each touchpoint within the customer journey. This could mean running tests designed to reduce friction between the website and product sign-up, finding unique ways to on-board new users, or dreaming up otherworldly ad campaigns. You’ll be doing this work alongside amazing colleagues in marketing, product, engineering, and operations and will live our ‘work as a team’ value every day. This is an opportunity to come into an organization where you have complete freedom (and responsibility) to take big swings. The impact you’ll make here will be huge. Here’s what it might look like:

As the Growth Marketing Manager at Sourcegraph, you will be responsible for driving experimentation across all customer touchpoints to improve product trial, adoption and, ultimately, revenue. You are well versed in product-led growth best practices and understand that delighting our end-user is the best path towards revenue. You’d have a hard time bucketing yourself into “left” or “right” brain categories because you love applying the scientific method to trying out your wildly creative ideas.
In addition to being a thinker, you’re a doer. In this role, you will steer our cross-functional growth taskforce. This means day-to-day project management of the group alongside the very strategic work of ideating new experiments, vetting and prioritizing ideas based on potential impact on the business, and communicating the team’s output across the organization. Some might say herding cats comes naturally to you :)
