Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the Growth Operations Manager (Growth Ops Mgr) will be responsible for supporting the work of the Revenue team through the use of the technology stack at 1Password.

This is a Remote opportunity within Canada.

What we're looking for:

    • 1-2 years of customer success/CS operations experience.
    • Certification with Gainsight NXT is an asset.
    • High level of proficiency with Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, v-lookup, formulas).
    • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks for the team.
    • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
    • Salesforce related experience and/or documented training certifications required.
    • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business related field.
    • Previous experience within customer success roles in a SaaS environment is considered essential. Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Delighted, Gong.io considered an asset.

What you can expect:

    • Become the Subject Matter Expert of our Gainsight implementation to support the Global Customer Success and the broader GTM organization
    • Manage the CS technology stack, including the tools and operational workflows
    • Manage the implementation of the Customer Success operations roadmap as we evolve our playbooks, customer health, user adoption, C360, and voice of the customer capabilities
    • Leverage the Gainsight platform and other technologies to introduce new automation and orchestrations to drive operational efficiencies across the organization
    • Partner with members of the Customer Success, Account Management and Customer Support teams to introduce new capabilities, functionality, and supporting processes.
    • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales and Product to ensure a seamless and unified customer experience across all channels that our customers interact with.
    • Working within RevOps and with other SMEs, to manage, and improve upon the data integration between Gainsight and other business systems.
    • Implement solutions to overcome scaling challenges in a hyper-growth setting
    • Support the creation and reporting of various KPIs across the GTM organization.
    • Driving opportunities for expansion/growth within our customer base leveraging data driven insights that translate into actionable strategy.
    • Build and maintain a complete and comprehensive picture of our customers across multiple data points to understand health, revenue, usage, renewals, etc.
