We are looking for a Product Marketer to help us to build a strong brand for Dapper Wallet and shape overall our product narrative to ensure a differentiated and valuable market position. And create compelling messaging and positioning that showcases the value of our products and features to our target audiences.
--Create the narrative, marketing strategy and the storytelling around Dapper Wallet
--Define and evolve product positioning, branding and messaging in cooperation with product management, design, data and analytics, marketing, business development and other partners across the organization
--Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers, including in-product messaging, website content, landing pages, launch material, emails, training and education materials
--Develop and execute adoption and go-to-market plans, including ongoing marketing campaigns, to deliver against outcomes and achieve business goals
--Define and execute on new product and features launches, including measuring their impact and increasing their adoption. Execute competitive research and develop assessments of the competitive landscape.
--Work with research and data teams to produce quantitative, qualitative, and insights that influence product strategy and shape external narratives.
--Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex issues to the leadership team and to external stakeholders. Be able to identify ambiguity and work to systematically drive clarity through strategic framing and stakeholder alignment
In short, help tell the story of the Dapper platform: what Dapper is, why it is a groundbreaking platform, and where it is going. Create product launch plans, go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with product managers on holistic feature release campaigns (email, social, ads, etc)
--Assist with QA on new features (you have to know the feature / product in order to better message exciting new releases)
--Help define our brand voice and tone
--Define Dapper’s unique product offering, its superpowers, and how it differs from the competition
--Help foster and grow a community via social channels. Create social channel strategy while gathering community feedback to help inform product decisions, product / feature adoption, and the overall success of a product / feature
--Collaborate with designers (and engineers, if needed) to revamp Dapper’s website and overall web presence.
--Craft compelling copy: blog content, FAQ entries, social copy, website copy – telling the Dapper story takes someone with a love of words.
