Marketing Automation Manager

We’re looking for an experienced marketing operations professional to lead the global strategy, optimization, and maintenance of our marketing optimization platform. A deeply cross-functional role, requiring both strategic and tactical execution, the right candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with a proven ability to transform how work gets done across marketing. If you know you have a strong point of view, and experience utilizing Marketo to it’s fullest potential, and are passionate about building new processes and capabilities, then this is the job for you!

What you will do

  • Manage Marketo architecture, and roadmap
  • Work with team to review program/campaign requirements and identify areas of optimization
  • Measure and optimize lead nurturing workflows with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability
  • Work collaboratively with team members to manage lead quality, and lead scoring
  • Assess ad hoc automation and integration project requests, determine prioritization, and the best approach to support.
  • Segment lists based on demographic and firmographic data and behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
  • Measure and optimize lead nurturing workflows with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability
  • Manage our preference center, minimizing list decay and unsubscribes

Who you are

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Program and project management skill
  • 3-5 years of Marketo Experience with 2-3 years of Salesforce Experience
  • Must be self-motivated, passionate about Marketing Automation, and enjoys learning
  • Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Fast Learner – Can achieve power-user status on multiple tools quickly
  • Four-year college degree
  • 3 or more years of experience in marketing or marketing operations
  • One or more years of experience working in an Agile Marketing environment
