As Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing our demand generation and awareness campaigns. You will be responsible for the project management and implementation of all go-to-market initiatives. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to help create impactful campaigns that engage new leads and existing customers alike.

In this role you will:

    • Create integrated marketing campaigns to attract new customers and build repeat business, working closely with key stakeholders to develop highly effective end-to-end campaigns (including but not limited to: digital marketing, paid and owned media, email, webinars, events, account-based marketing, etc.) aligned to the lead journey and optimized to meet pipeline targets
    • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success; Provide project status updates and campaign results to key stakeholders
    • Work with marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting, analyze results and improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
    • Manage a cadence of reporting, analytics, and lead flow and monitor program performance with a focus on optimization and driving quality pipeline
    • Build trusted relationships with the sales organization, ensuring campaign enablement, creation of sales tools, and regular tracking of campaign engagement in top accounts
    • Create scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks, with the ability to customize by geo, product, and customer
    • See around corners, and take a proactive, partnered approach to overcoming barriers and roadblocks

The ideal candidate will have:

    • 4-5+ years of experience developing B2B demand generation and ABM campaigns to buyers at mid-market and large enterprises; start-up experience preferred
    • Analytical mindset with ability to identify and suggest areas for campaign performance improvements/optimization
    • Experience with Marketing automation and CRM systems as well as paid outlets (Marketo, SFDC, Google, Facebook and Linkedin preferred) 
    • Understanding of B2B marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage, and a proven history of improving funnel conversion 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience navigating communications within an organization to keep multiple teams and stakeholders aware and engaged in efforts.
    • A proactive working style with ability to set priorities, drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues.
    • Phenomenal organizational and project management skills to deliver campaigns on time and at the highest level of execution.
