About the role:

Working with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, you will be hyper-focused on identifying, addressing, and measuring opportunities on the Dribbble platform to drive incremental growth. You will own conversion rates across our various product lines and user journeys and will drive an ongoing roadmap of conversion rate optimization opportunities by analyzing data and insights, identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and iterating. You are organized and detail oriented and thrive in a fast moving environment.

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Continuous improvement of conversion rates across our product lines and user journeys.
  • Leveraging web analytics and other data sources to research and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Working with testing software apps to create tests and test variants, sometimes requiring light HTML / CSS coding.
  • Managing a suite of digital marketing tools to determine efficacy of tests and to extract learnings (ie. Google Optimize, Hotjar).
  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of conversion rate and growth opportunities, prioritizing and driving timely deliveries against those priorities.
  • Marrying knowledge of data, analytics, UX, and marketing to develop solutions to problems.
  • Light marketing copywriting and/or briefing creatives on asset needs and problems to solve for.
  • Synthesizing learnings and opportunities and effectively communicating them to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Gathering metrics and building reports to share KPIs with the management team.
  • Working closely with our engineering team, product team and marketing team.

We believe it’s important for you to have:

  • At least 3+ years of data analytics and digital marketing experience, preferably with an early stage startup/ small team.
  • The versatility to write marketing copy and brief and collaborate with creatives effectively.
  • You enjoy working across marketing, product, and analytics functions, however, you consider yourself an expert in conversion rate optimization.
  • Extensive experience with landing page optimization.
  • A proven track record of successful growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrated analytical rigour - you are data driven and results focused.
  • A strong technical, analytical, and marketing background.
  • You may or may not have design skills, but you know beautiful and functional design when you see it.
