We are looking for a marketing operations analyst (aka “data jockey”) to work with large data sets, build actionable reporting, and conduct complex analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing deep-dive analysis to understand and optimize key levers of our marketing funnel; acquisition, engagement, and retention, covering all range of marketing tactics and our Web sites performance. Additionally, s/he will be responsible for designing core metrics that serve as the source of truth for the team’s efforts and KPIs. S/he will grasp data structure from multiple sources, will be able to translate insights, and bring a thoughtful point of view. A successful candidate in this role has the opportunity to contribute to creating a foundation of analytical excellence, increase visibility and promote data-driven decision-making. What you'll do:

    • Manage reporting for all of our key marketing and reporting systems (Marketo, SFDC, Bizible, and Tableau); Support Web site performance reporting
    • Dive deep into data to identify trends and report on KPIs Ownership over marketing engagement analytics and reporting pertaining to Salesforce, Web sites and email marketing
    • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact
    • Monitor campaigns and lead flow to help the team optimize performance across vendors and channels
    • Build insights that map to the buyer journey to help inform the revenue team where there are growth and improvement opportunities and where we are making the most impact
    • Make recommendations that enhance our reporting capabilities and ability to scale
    • Develop and oversee Salesforce dashboards for lead generation, MQO and SQO generation, opportunity tracking, and win/loss info
    • Maintain all campaign tagging processes and updates, and ensure accurate tagging for data cleanliness, using systems such as Bizible, Marketo and SFDC

What we're looking for:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing
    • Bachelors’ in CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, Statistics, Business, Economics or related field
    • Administrator certification 1&2 with Salesforce and/or Marketo Certified Expert as well as experience with LeanData, Bizible, Excel
    • A proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing a marketing technology stack
    • A desire to take best practices in lead generation to new markets/geographies to create a truly global role
    • A history of B2B (preferably SaaS) marketing experience
    • Working knowledge of Google Analytics; certification preferred
    • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools 
    • Experience working cross-departmentally with Sales operations
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Strong oral and written communications skills
    • A natural learner and excitement around growing and developing in new environments
