The Marketing Operations Associate will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns in support of our ABM strategy. This position will serve a critical role in working with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and capture the required data. This role will be responsible for launching campaigns on time, managing the QA process, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and assisting in the monitoring of key marketing performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

    • Marketo Program Management - own and manage the tactical execution of campaigns including email, nurture, webinars and more
    • Marketing automation development and execution; segmentation, testing, deployment and optimization
    • Maintain Marketo programs for accuracy, consistency and best practices
    • Take initiative to troubleshoot errors and assess/initiate improvements to the execution process
    • Plan and perform testing to define and execute enhancements to conversion rates, campaign ROI, and pipeline growth
    • Manage our database activities including data cleansing/list uploads, and reconcile any data issues between Marketo and Salesforce

Requirements:

    • 2+ years work experience in an operational/marketing automation environment
    • Basic understanding of email marketing best practices
    • Ability to define and improve operational processes
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Flexibility to accommodate emerging responsibilities and last-minute changes; ability to push back as required
    • Results oriented team player
    • Self motivated with an ability to remain focused with little to no supervision
    • Self directed learner who performs well in a fast paced environment
    • Project management experience with an exceptional ability to interface amongst multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to clearly communicate complicated processes to stakeholders
    • Understanding of ABM best practices, KPIs and reporting frameworks
    • Campaign optimization experience - A/B testing, etc
    • Strict attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot various issues, integrations, inefficiencies and more

Nice to have:

    • Experience in enterprise B2B marketing
    • Basic understanding of HTML
    • Experience working with multi-channel campaigns across email, events,, web display ads, marketing content, etc.
    • Experience using project management and issue tracking tools (Asana, Basecamp, JIRA, Trello, etc.)
    • Marketo/SalesForce experience preferred
