The Team

At Torch, the Marketing Programs Manager sits within the Marketing Department and is a key member of our Demand Generation team -- responsible for strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that contribute to sales pipeline and fuel our growth.  

The Marketing Programs Manager will be responsible for the conceptualization, execution, and measurement of demand generation campaigns. This position will manage a variety of programs and tactics, both online and offline, that deliver high-quality leads as well as nurture existing leads to advance them through the buyer’s journey.

This role will be reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation.

Your position:

    • You will develop effective strategies for generating high quality leads that align with our Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Personas.
    • You will own and execute a portfolio of online and offline tactics, including but not limited to: email marketing, paid search/social, content syndication, webinars, trade shows, and field events. (Some travel required.)
    • You will design, build and test campaign deliverables such as: email copy/layouts, landing pages/forms, calls to action, etc.
    • You will organize, maintain, and communicate campaign calendars, performance dashboards, and budgets.
    • You will collaborate with Marketing Operations to measure and report on performance of demand generation programs to gain insights that will inform future demand gen strategies.

Your experience:

    • You have professional marketing experience, preferably in a B2B technology environment/software and services.
    • You have 4+ years of experience conceptualizing, executing, and measuring effective and innovative marketing programs.
    • You have experience using Google Analytics, Marketo, and SalesLoft is a plus.
    • You have a track record of partnering and building a relationship with sales to achieve jointly-owned pipeline goals.
    • You have a deep understanding of key metrics across programs reporting, from email open rates to opportunity close rates -- and everything in between.
    • You have excellent project management and prioritization skills and are able to quickly react to key indicators to optimize performance.
    • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred, not required.
