Job Description

  • Manage daily guest list for influencers to come onsite

  • Conduct outreach and curate relationships with new influencers

  • Track social media trends & proactive pitching of opportunities

  • Prepare weekly social media performance reporting and recaps for internal use

  • Following up with influencers to ensure content guidelines are met

  • Working proactively to think about the guest experience (and any potential watchouts), as we roll new experiences, partnerships, and offerings (Getting ahead of questions and issues).

  • Creative fun events around social campaigns and surprise & delight moments for guests.

  • Manage social media accounts (posting stories, recap of events, announcements, etc).


  • Experience managing social media campaigns that incorporate live events

  • Hands on experience managing Influencer marketing campaigns

  • Keen focus on company objectives and deliverables

  • Ability to maintain objectivity and discretion at all times even when interacting with high profile individuals

  • Significant live event experience including but not limited to large scale party planning and small event management

  • Above all else, candidates must operate on behalf of our client company at all times and NOT try to leverage the company’s branding efforts to build their own brand.
