About this role

LivePerson is looking for a rockstar paid media analyst to take our digital demand generation machine to the next level. We’re looking for someone that comes with a special blend of data-driven, analytical thinking and a creative eye for building high performing digital adverts. 

Our digital demand generation machine consists of paid search, paid social, strategic partnerships, programmatic/ABM, and email marketing. This role will partner closely with a multitude of internal and external cross-functional teams including product marketing, marketing operations, sales development, revenue operations, design, and external partners/agencies to maintain the growth of our demand generation efforts. 

In this role, you will:

  • Be accountable for the tactical execution of paid search and paid social campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and ultimately leads, for our global organization
  • Launch & continuously optimize diverse paid social campaigns targeting a multitude of industries, job titles, interests, and more, to generate high quality leads to fill out sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic keywords from a paid search perspective, and identify market opportunities to launch timely, relevant, and enticing social ads to acquire high quality leads
  • Apply an “Always Be Testing” mentality to all digital campaigns to ensure incremental improvements to every campaign across all channels
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (product marketing, content marketing, design) to launch, maintain, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring a cohesive message and journey for prospects and clients
  • Monitor and report on KPIs across multiple channels on a regular basis and make data-driven recommendations that will result in improved performance from copy changes to visual recommendations to our creative team
  • Go beyond the traditional CPL metrics and think systematically to build upon a revenue-focused demand gen machine

Desired experience and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising across paid search and paid social
  • Experience launching/maintaining/optimizing large-scale global campaigns across Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • A deep understanding of the digital landscape with a focus on UX to optimize for conversions
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills to deep dive into key digital marketing measurements to apply a data-driven approach to campaign planning and optimization
  • Building and maintaining regular ongoing reporting dashboards for visibility into the overall health of digital campaigns at any given time
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure a successful campaign launch and post-mortem
