Sprinklr is looking for a paid media specialist to join a growing digital marketing team at a top-tier global software company. Focused on customer acquisition via paid search and paid search channels, this person will support paid media campaign ideation, strategy, development, and analysis. This person will have strong interpersonal skills, thrive working in a fast-paced environment, and can balance critical thinking, creative ideation, with exceptional executional follow-through.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support paid media managers with campaign strategy & development
  • Define, measure, and monitor paid media KPIs 
  • Manage daily budgets across channels and campaigns
  • Perform keyword and audience research to support campaign strategy and growth
  • Work with the content and web teams to build out paid media landing pages for all stages of the customer journey
  • Collaborate with product and field marketing teams to launch digital campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and deliver actionable insights that push the business forward
  • Implement a test and learn processes to improve efficiency and drive growth. Including, but not limited to ad copy, audiences, keywords, bid strategies, and landing pages
  • Remain on the cutting edge of digital paid media strategies through research and networking

 

Minimum Requirements

  • +1 years of experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social preferably in the enterprise software space
  • Knowledge of Google Ads or Search Ads 360, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Expertise with audience research processes and tools such as Google keyword planner, SEMRush or AHREFs
  • Knowledge of web analytics software such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Strong data analytics and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with international paid media a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing preferred; MBA a plus
