Are you an excited self-starter looking for an opportunity to learn more about sales, build your professional network, and create strong business relationships? 

We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to join our team and play a key role in building our network of referral partners. Your day may include:

  • Hosting demos of the product.
  • Planning partner kick-off meetings.
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to make prospect introductions and co-host events. 

Powered by AI, Balto listens to both sides of the conversation and visually prompts agents with the best things to say live on every call. Sales and CX leaders use Balto to scale “perfect” to thousands of agents with the push of a button and get immediate insight into what’s working and what’s not. Balto closed a $10MM Series A with Sierra Ventures in October 2020 and will be more than doubling the organization’s headcount over the next 6-9 months.

  • Build a network of referral sources that offer a consistent source of new business revenue.
  • Take ownership of partner relationships from start to finish, including sourcing, contract negotiation, kick-off, and ongoing management.
  • Work closely with marketing to lead special projects and collaboration activities (including events, webinars, and podcasts) based on the partner’s goals.
  • Meet quarterly goals for active partners and qualified sales opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

  • Resourceful with strong attention to detail. Will not let essential details or partner information slip through the cracks.
  • Analytical and problem-solver. Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful (and actionable) conclusions from it. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Fun and optimistic. Able to have fun and relax and knows how to have a great time with co-workers and partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, especially in terms of planning and follow-through. 
  • Independent self-starter who can work on their own or in a group.
  • Excellent EQ, with interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. 
  • 0 to 5 years of experience.
