Responsibilities

The Blueshift team is growing fast and we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a strategic and creative mindset, collaborative spirit, and get-it-done mentality to help drive our growth! You’ll have a high-visibility, influential role that’s in the center of it all, partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the leadership team. You’ll be instrumental in go-to-market planning, driving product and feature adoption, and equipping the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to win more deals.

What you’ll do:

  • Craft value-driven, differentiated positioning, messaging, and narratives that resonate with target buyer personas by being rooted in deep customer, market, and product understanding.
  • Plan and coordinate product launches and feature announcements, working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Lead the development of all internal and external facing product content, making it compelling and easily digestible.
  • Set our sales team up for success by creating and delivering ongoing sales training, collateral, and tools that arm sales with knowledge about our product, market, competition, buyers, sales plays, and messaging and provides them with the resources to advance and win deals.
  • Drive competitive intelligence and be the go-to expert on our competition and how to position against them.
  • Be the voice of the customer. Collect and synthesize customer and market feedback to understand customer needs, pains, and desires, identify untapped opportunities, and inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience that can span product marketing, marketing, product management, operational roles, or strategy consulting in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communications skills with the ability to connect with both internal and customer-facing audiences. Skilled at writing across a broad spectrum, including web copy, sales talking points, guides, blog posts, and presentations.
  • Can successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously by prioritizing high impact activities and mobilizing cross-functional teams to keep projects moving forward.
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret data and qualitative research and distill it into actionable key takeaways.
  • Impact-oriented self-starter with a get it done attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about technology. Enjoys learning about how things work and is able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand.
  • Experience in MarTech strongly preferred.

Perks

  • Health benefits - 100% premiums paid on medical, dental & vision plans with PPO and HMO plans
  • Unlimited vacation
  • Flexible spending accounts for transportation and parking
  • 401(k) plan
