The Product Marketing Manager will educate internal and external stakeholders on the value proposition of products and solutions that offer cross-brand selling opportunities. The position will work across the customer journey map from lead generation through the sales cycle and into customer success to help create lifetime customers who are engaged and happy.
 

What you'll do:

    • Provide ongoing evolution of the value proposition, market fit, and ideal customer profile for the solution portfolios for all Emburse business units.
    • Orchestrate product launches and internal/external education to stakeholders
    • Build tools and content to best position products/solutions in the marketplace to drive leads
    • Conduct market research to encompass competitive positioning and win/loss analysis
    • Provide feedback to product teams on market needs to inform product strategy and roadmap
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Must be able to work Monday through Fridays during company’s regular business hours

What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related technical field
    • MBA or graduate degree a plus
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with SaaS solutions in sales, marketing, or product management
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
    • Ability to present and influence an executive audience
    • Ability to easily shift focus from project to project to meet changing deadlines
    • Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability required
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Regional travel required occasionally, may include overnight stay(s)
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with management
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
