TextNow is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and to champion best-in-class marketing practices while delivering and continually optimizing our mobile product marketing and across channels in support of driving our next phase of growth. Working with a talented team of designers, engineers, data scientists and marketers, you will have a critical leadership role in driving our mobile app installations, subscription and in-app-purchase revenue, and new feature engagement.

What You’ll Do:

    • Leverage data and marketing automations to develop and test pricing and promotional campaigns for in-app-purchases and subscription products. 
    • Lead and manage the creation of email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns that deliver against business goals. 
    • Build SEO and content marketing campaigns that dovetail with brand marketing programs.
    • Utilize A/B testing to measure new and unique ideas based on a deep understanding of data and user insights. Lead the team to execute a quick and rigorous testing program to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Own delivery of communications and information sharing with other internal teams and leadership.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data teams to deliver compelling, personalized customer journeys that are on-brand
    • Work closely with Product Marketing Manager focused on retention to balance monetization efforts with retention and growth.

Who You Are:

    • Creator of cool stuff with 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing monetization marketing campaigns for a mobile app. Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation tools such as LeanPlum, Braze, Airship, etc.
    • Brilliant Collaborator with experience leading cross-functional team efforts for building traffic and revenue.
    • Respectfully candid with a deep understanding of optimizing campaigns for mobile app installs, purchase, and subscription revenue.
    • A bold risk-taker and self-starter who is passionate about working with creative designers and developers.
    • Someone who takes action and ownership and is excited about turning data insights into creative campaigns and communications.
    • Resourceful and scrappy with excellent creative, communication, analytical and quantitative skills.
