We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to help the Marketing team manage and streamline our portfolio of marketing programs. 

The ideal candidate will support in optimizing our project management processes, and work cross-functionally with primarily Web and Content. Collaborative work will also happen with the rest of the marketing department, Design, Sales, and Product. They will have experience building and streamlining processes, work harmoniously with individuals across organizations, and love meeting deadlines.

This is a Remote opportunity within Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom.

What we're looking for:

    • 3+ years of project management experience, marketing projects a plus!
    • Scrum master experience
    • Experience using, Notion, and GitLab, or similar tools.
    • Passionate about organization, to-do lists, budgets, and templates. 
    • Proven success communicating with all types of creative professionals. 
    • Pragmatic decision-maker. 
    • Impeccable eye for detail and critical thinker who can develop creative solutions.
    • Ability to prioritize based on the size, scope, and timeliness of each task and project. 
    • Loves negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.

What you can expect:

    • Work closely with the web development team to prioritize work, coordinating tasks, and working through backlog projects. Partner with the Web manager to ensure there are no communication gaps between the dev team and the rest of the organization.
    • Work with the content team to prioritize tasks and deadlines, based on business goals, that come in across the organization. 
    • Comfortable setting expectations across departments, and realigning on deadlines when needed. Act as a project gatekeeper to protect marketing priorities, while working cross functionally to support other department needs.
    • Work closely with the other program managers to manage and track integrated campaigns. 
    • Flag missing components that jeopardize milestones and work with appropriate contacts to mitigate any issues. 
    • Support with managing the calendar of upcoming programs, emails, content, product launches, sales promotions, and upsell campaigns. 
    • Facilitate planning meetings, ongoing status meetings, and final handoff of all marketing assets when necessary. 
    • Produce scalable and repeatable timelines and templates for efficiency; refining templates already in place, and creating new ones when necessary.
    • Develop and maintain external vendor relationships when they’re involved in a program. This includes negotiating contracts, internal communications, program milestone management, and general vendor management. 
    • Comfortable working with people in different time zones, and understanding of asynchronous communication for project updates.
