Rad Power Bikes, America’s largest electric bike brand, is on a mission to get people onto bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone. 

Our company is a driving force behind the e-bike market expansion in North America, and we’re growing rapidly in Europe. We have aggressive plans to expand our global footprint and plan to more than double in size by the end of 2021.

We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Manager to tell our story to future Raddites. As the primary steward of our employer brand, you will influence thousands of candidates by developing and executing compelling campaigns to connect us to top talent across the world. 

This role reports to the head of recruiting and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

    • You are passionate about telling stories about people and their careers
    • You are knowledgeable about established and emerging media to reach job seekers 
    • You have a track record of translating an employer brand into high-quality campaigns and you have an eye for great design
    • You have created and edited compelling copy, photography, videos, and other creative content
    • You are data-driven and always look to measure activities and outcomes
    • You are structured, organized, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • You have 3 or more years of experience in marketing, at least 1 of which focused on recruitment

Additional Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
    • Strong track record of managing vendor relationships and associated budgets

You get bonus points for:

    • Experience managing recruitment marketing programs outside the U.S. and Canada
    • Experience in retail and direct to consumer businesses

Had you been with us last month, you would have:

    • Developed and executed a new store opening recruitment marketing campaign
    • Created collateral to celebrate the launch of People team programs for Raddites
    • Researched new markets for Rad and consulted with recruiters and business leaders on the best ways to reach future Raddites
    • Partnered closely with Rad’s consumer marketing teams to align work and identify opportunities for joint consumer/candidate campaigns
    • Participated in the development of a employer brand roadmap for 2021 and 2022
