We're looking for a RevOps Marketing Lead to join us at Clearbit! You’ll be joining a fast growing team that is uniquely situated at the intersection of our growth, sales, CS, finance, and product. As a member of the RevOps team, your focus will be all things pertinent to marketing and our ability to generate inbound traffic -- kpis, reporting, efficiency, tools, processes, etc. By rolling up your sleeves and partnering with your functional counterparts (well-developed growth team, bdrs, sdrs, sales), you’ll own and execute high-priority initiatives designed to support our growing GTM organization.

Your early focus will be on the inbound lead creation process and how we track, measure, and evaluate up-funnel effectiveness. If you’re looking for a role that sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and product management and you’ve got a passion for sales, this is the role for you!

About the role

As a RevOps Marketing lead, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and assisting an already strong growth team be even more successful. The breadth of your work would encompass: 
-Gathering a deep understanding of different channels to create leads for both new business and expansion opportunities.
-Partner with Growth leadership to define KPIs and goals for each fiscal period and subsequent leading metrics that indicate performance for our lead to opportunity creation process
-Work with growth and sales leadership to develop on how growth can assist sales in reaching its pipeline coverage targets each period
-Build, maintain, and improve reporting and dashboards that allow growth (and leadership) to keep a pulse on the organization across a variety of lagging and leading metrics (lead creation, attribution metrics, campaign effectiveness, website KPIs, conversion rates across different attribution sources, etc.)
-Develop a perspective on how we can evolve lead scoring at Clearbit, gather perspective and buy-in from your cross-functional stakeholders, and roll out improvements to our existing workflows and scoring systems
-Surface insights around our lead creation and conversion process -- be curious about the data and always seek to figure out how we can work even more leads and convert more of them to opportunities, quicker 
-Support the organization as it continues to scale its efforts on outbound, identifying how growth can assist the BDR team with territory planning and ICP account identification
-Partner across multiple areas of the organization (growth, sales, system ops, enablement) to improve the capture, understanding, and flow of data across Clearbit’s GTM ecosystem.

You’ll be set up for success if:

You have 4-6 years of experience in ops, strategy, consulting with at least 1-2 years of experience in MarketingOps. To hit the ground running we’d love to see direct experience in the role and familiarity with how a sales org functions and tracks success

You understand how to get the most out of our GTM tools. Salesforce, Segment, Tray experience are a must. Familiarity with LeanData, Customer.io Mode, Redshift, and Census are nice to have.

You're comfortable with data and visualizing insights. We’re looking for someone that isn’t afraid of data, can drive the appropriate insights with minimal direction, and has a keen eye for visualization that drives action.

You know how to be an IC but are ambitious about building a team. This role will serve as an IC for the first ~6 months and then ideally grow to have at least one direct report working with you.

You thrive when able to self-direct. You’re looking to work with a startup where you’ll be responsible for the impact you make and have a lot of freedom. You’ll be trusted to take initiative, scope out roadblocks, and find solutions while being a proactive communicator.
