You’ll be set up for success if:

You have 4-6 years of experience in ops, strategy, consulting with at least 1-2 years of experience in MarketingOps. To hit the ground running we’d love to see direct experience in the role and familiarity with how a sales org functions and tracks success

You understand how to get the most out of our GTM tools. Salesforce, Segment, Tray experience are a must. Familiarity with LeanData, Mode, Redshift, and Census are nice to have.

You're comfortable with data and visualizing insights. We’re looking for someone that isn’t afraid of data, can drive the appropriate insights with minimal direction, and has a keen eye for visualization that drives action.
