Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

This job has closed but is shown for context on data science work at Airbase.
Airbase is the first all-in-one spend management platform that provides companies unparalleled control and visibility into every dollar spent. Finance teams deserve a solution that eliminates the tedious work involved in managing spend and allows them to focus on being strategic partners to the rest of the business. We do that by replacing the multiple systems typically used to manage spend with a single platform that handles every workflow including expense approvals and payments (physical cards, virtual cards, ACH, check), while also automating away the bulk of spend-related accounting. Innovative companies like Gusto, Segment, Doximity, Getaround, Netlify, and more, trust Airbase.

What you'll do

    • Run A/B tests and report on email KPIs and make recommendations to improve delivery, opens and engagements.
    • Work with our Sales Development Director to manage our outbound email engine, Growbots, from audience discovery and targeting to sending, managing responses and reporting. Measuring opens, reply rates and engagement.

    • Ensure we have enough clean, segmentable data to rapidly scale our outbound programs to the personas and company types we are targeting.
    • Find first and third party data for both prospecting and nurturing of audiences. Sources include third party data providers, manually scraping, digitally scraping, and what is in our current database.
    • Evaluate, acquire and manage third-party data providers for company contact information, and report on data accuracy and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, at all times, around reporting needs.
    • Manage, prioritize and deliver on ad hoc requests.
