Paper is seeking a creative and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to own the overall strategy and execution of our integrated campaigns and ABM programs to drive top-line growth. You will have end-to-end responsibility for campaign strategy planning, execution, and management to effectively reach target accounts and personas and drive them through the marketing and sales funnel. You will work closely with marketing and sales to create integrated campaigns that resonate with our target audience, and ultimately drive revenue. 


  • Build quarterly and annual campaign plans that align to pipeline targets
  • Build alignment around campaign briefs that define goals, provide insight on target audience & key messages, and clearly outline asset requirements, channels/tactics and timelines
  • Partner with RevOps & Sales teams to identify key markets¬†
  • Work in conjunction with creative team to create creative, relevant content to reach target accounts and personas
  • Develop a nuanced and strategic understanding of the differing needs and approaches of target accounts across geographies
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) per program; analyze results and recommend corrective actions to ensure improvement and effectiveness.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on pipeline generation, working closely with Marketing Operations
  • Ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow up on marketing generated leads
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to scalable ABM strategies like personalization platforms, direct mail providers, fulfillment services, etc.¬†


  • 5-7 years of experience in experience in a B2B demand generation, ABM, campaign management, or segment-based marketing role, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or comparable education/experience
  • Experience planning and executing innovative, multi-channel campaigns for large accounts
  • Experience in the education industry/education technology a plus
  • Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze campaigns
  • Familiarity with learning industry sales cycles and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement
  • Proficiency across major marketing technologies, including marketing automation, ABM and direct mail platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Sendoso)
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage
