What You’ll Do

This position can be done remotely from anywhere in the U.S.A. (Boston is a plus).

Are you a passionate data-driven marketer who loves to build and execute integrated demand generation programs? The CloudBees Demand Creation Team is actively seeking an experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline. 

As a part of this role, the Senior Demand Generation Manager will work closely with the business development, marketing operations, product marketing and account-based marketing teams to develop multi-touch marketing programs to drive MQLs and more importantly, pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in launching successful demand generation strategies to engage and aid the buyer along the buyer’s journey.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Works with marketing leadership to develop a demand marketing program strategy that supports demand objectives pipeline and revenue impact
  • Collaborates with the marketing operations to ensure a cohesive creation, execution, and testing/optimization strategy exists to increase engagement
  • Collaborates with the digital team on acquisition and engagement demand programs, and ensures final tactic selection is appropriate for program design
  • Partners with product marketing to identify audience requirements and provides insight into what is and isn’t working to drive future requirements
  • Plans the best mix of integrated inbound and outbound tactics, including offline and digital  
  • Engages proactively with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of acceleration demand marketing programs
  • Documents and communicates/distributes best practices for demand marketing program implementation across the organization, including recommendations for improvements
  • Build, and execute omni-channel campaigns across email, social, and web, with the support of our vendors
  • Experiment at the channel and campaign level in the form of A/B testing and pilot programs to test new approaches
  • Conduct A/B tests across channels to continuously optimize campaign and channel performance
  • Measure, analyze, and report on all campaigns for effectiveness
  • Work to ensure our brand is clearly explained and represented in all channels and efforts
  • Define and support the company’s marketing launch calendar, ensuring key deliverables assigned are executed on time with high-quality
  • Have an understanding and interest in digital marketing (tracking and analyzing growth marketing results)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with minimum 5+ years of experience working in B2B enterprise software
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Drift, Marketo, SalesLoft, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on leading campaign performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI
  • Proven success (revenue generation) of multi-channel demand creation campaigns, as well as complex and variable demand execution using both automated and disruptive technologies via inbound and outbound channels
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Sales
  • Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities.
  • Self-motivated team player able to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to travel (post COVID) - up to 25% during peak times
