We are looking for a data-driven digital marketing manager to own our acquisition and engagement of developers via digital flows as part of our growth-led strategy. This role will own the experimentation and constant development of tactics to grow acquisition and conversion across channels of self-serve business. 

You are comfortable with data analysis, digital paid channels (Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, CarbonAds, and others) and crafting creative and user journey strategies that translate into results. You are nimble and driven to adapt rapidly through learnings, creating new tests across channels to improve overall conversion metrics. You have a passion for innovation and technology to drive results. 

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

    • Lead a cross-functional team, by partnering with web, design, developer marketing, analyst, and content to design and implement highly performing acquisition tactics across multiple channels
    • Be a key partner in the design of our developer journeys online, from ad to product, including touchpoints, landing pages, CTAs, and content that add value to developers
    • Design and implement end-to-end digital paid campaigns across key channels like Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Carbon Ads, Blind and others to acquired sign-ups within desired CPAs
    • Manage acquisition and engagement quarterly budget and build acquisition forecasts, addressing key metrics like funnel CVR, CPA, CPS (sign-up), cost per PQL
    • Deliver regular updates to different stakeholder on KPIs, and develop actions plans based on learnings

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

    • 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing ideally in self-serve businesses
    • Strong understanding of digital paid channels, and how together drive acquisition of self-serve users
    • Ability to establish relationships and build rapport in order to influence decisions at all levels
    • Excels in verbal and written communication, with effective listening and a strong collaborative attitude
