Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to help drive pipeline and revenue through regional activities and events in partnership with sales. This role is an opportunity to be part of a truly amazing team filled with highly talented individuals who love working together. More than that, you will be part of an organization that is setting the pace for subscription commerce.

You will be responsible for deploying a best-in-class field marketing strategy with a specific focus on producing qualified leads that turn into pipeline and revenue. 

You will work closely with peers in creative, partner marketing, operations, demand generation,  and public relations. You don’t need experience in the ecommerce world, but should definitely have a strong background in the B2B SaaS space, particularly in a high-growth organization.

  • Partner closely with sales to build effective strategies that amplify the Recharge brand and build convertible pipeline
  • Use your knowledge and background to develop effective programs and gain buy-in through education and influence
  • Execute activities and events through our partner channel as well as our direct sales channel
  • Work closely with marketing operations and BDR leadership to ensure optimal lead follow-up processes are in place.
  • Collaborate with team members across creative, content, operations, partner, PR and product marketing.
  • Analyze and provide reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and communicate results, as well as opportunities for improvement, to stakeholders in marketing, sales, and leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in a B2B marketing capacity including three years of direct field marketing experience
  • Experience building and executing events from start to finish 
  • Proven ability to drive meaningful and measurable results for an inside sales organization
  • A driven mindset with the ability to innovate and execute
  • A love for working with sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent desired
