About us:

Gooten is a technology company that enables eCommerce businesses to easily access high-quality, global, on-demand manufacturing. We give businesses the tools to create products to sell online and manage orders across a multitude of stores and sales channels. Businesses powered by Gooten can source and identify new products and trends, run promotions, and track analytics on new and repeat purchasers, while focusing business efforts on what drives revenues - creating, developing and marketing brands and products.

By joining Gooten, you will become part of a global team that is dedicated to increasing company efficiency and revenue through design optimization and brand value.

Your role:

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager reporting directly to the CMO, you will create and execute lifecycle marketing strategies designed to influence the enterprise sales pipeline. Working closely with the growth team, you’ll support sales revenue goals by maintaining lead management processes, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts. You will also build content and email-based campaigns to accelerate an account’s conversion to a closed deal state and partner with Gooten's paid media, content, brand and loyalty marketing teams to design a multi-channel, multi-touch nurture strategy.

How you'll power eCommerce:

  • Create a predictable and repeatable process for identifying, nurturing, and converting enterprise prospects to opportunities, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools to drive efficiencies
  • Build automation and engagement strategies at the different lifecycle stages of the customer journey
  • Partner with Gooten's paid media team to develop landing pages to acquire new leads from inbound traffic and constantly optimize based on conversion rates and cost of acquisition
  • Develop an audience segmentation strategy and drive opportunities to grow the database
  • Work with brand and content teams to research, strategize, design and manage tactics in the overall marketing mix, based on a buyer’s journey, to increase engagement, response rates and conversion of enterprise clients
  • Create campaign KPIs, goals and objectives, and campaign briefs to support execution and implementation, including nurture strategies that incorporate digital retargeting, organic, inbound and outbound
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms. A/B test and continually measure the performance of these conversion assets
  • Monitor, track and report all email marketing campaigns (including open rates, conversion etc.) and develop test campaigns to leverage new initiatives and improve conversion and engagement metrics
  • Monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimizations across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns. Iterate on a continuous basis.
  • Work closely with Business Operations and Technology teams to ensure data is syncing seamlessly in Hubspot for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.
  • Provide visibility and insights on results and recommending improvements to increase open rates, click rates, constantly improving deliverability and reducing opt outs - contribute to Gooten's culture of shared learning
  • Assist with Quarterly Attribution Reconciliation, including owning the management of Tableau for board reporting

You should have:

  • Experience with HubSpot, sales and marketing modules, including capturing data from landing pages, web pages, and forms to drive MQLs, and then trigger email campaigns to assist in conversion of a sale
  • Experience with B2B sales/marketing processes and metrics
  • Experience and leadership in outbound email marketing, building workflows, automation, landing page development and optimization
  • Experience creating landing pages, forms, website pages, and templates as well as managing contacts
  • Ability to present analysis and provide recommendations and build comprehensive performance reports, drawing conclusions from broad datasets
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams and agencies

Bonus points!

  • Google Analytics, Tableau and Wordpress experience
  • B2B marketing and ecommerce experience
  • Hubspot certification(s)
