About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and take our customer experience to the next level. This person should be able to understand the complete user lifecycle and from there, identify and provide solutions to gaps in the experience. This role uses data and historical performance to make recommendations as well as tracks ongoing trends to uncover new opportunities for the business.

As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will:

    • Help develop the strategy, operationalize the plan, and manage the reporting and performance of all lifecycle initiatives.
    • Lead the strategy and execution of customer targeting and segmentation.
    • Own the reporting of key lifecycle marketing KPIs and campaign performance. Make recommendations on how to continuously build upon the program.
    • Establish rigorous AB testing processes to test creative design, content, email cadence and timing to constantly improve performance.
    • Prepare and communicate team updates and performance to cross-functional teams and management.
    • Set up effective promotional, transactional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns that drive growth, retention, and winback.
    • Partner with our Customer Experience and product marketing teams to uncover customer insights and develop more tailored experiences for our customers based on these insights.

We’re looking for teammates who have:

    • 5+ years experience in lifecycle email marketing or CRM, preferably in a startup context.
    • Experience in marketing consultation and marketing strategy planning.
    • Strong analytical ability with test and learn mentality.
    • Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Previous experience with marketing automation software.
    • Intense curiosity about data and the insights it holds about our customers.

Bonus Points:

    • Ability to query using SQL.
    • Experience working with Iterable.
